Of more concern is winter storm Draco with its high winds, rain-turning-to-snow and cold temps. The roads are icy this morning and, unfortunately, I actually have to go out for a doctor's appointment soon. Brrr.
Stay safe if you're out driving and doing your last-minute holiday shopping. After all, most of us know that the REAL apocalypse comes in January - when the bills come in. ;-D
Hope the doctor's appointment went well.....It looks like winter at your house! Our little cold snap has passed and it was sunny and almost 60° here yesterday.

DeleteWe have maybe 2.5 inches of snow on the ground this morning, 20s, and still stiff winds up to 35. Brrrrr.
I was hoping the apocalypse would only happen at my Visa company so my bill would be erased. No such luck. Dang!! Merry Christmas!

Amen to that, because our January bills will be from the builder, the plumber, the electrician and the errant kitchen fitter .... ah, just realised, never had the energy to post the remainder of the "kitchen story" so you don't know about the KF I sacked midway through the job! Never a dull moment at Bag End, must have a bash at publishing that story when I've taken Miss Daisy out :}
